What you'll do

• Work inbound and outbound leads from internet, phone, chat, and follow-up channels
• respond to each lead within two minutes
• set, confirm, and reconfirm appointments
• follow up with unsold showroom customers and maintain the long-term pipeline
• log notes, tasks, and follow-ups in DriveCentric
• meet daily targets.
