Community Concierge

Job overview

What you'll do

• Maintain visitor and resident sign-in/sign-out logs
• conduct full and random house or room searches
• facilitate room-change procedures and checks
• use safety status forms and update status
• coordinate admission safety checks with Social Services
• prevent residents without privileges from leaving
• perform wander-guard and window checks
• notify departments of special security instructions
• report suspected fraud or resident abuse
• greet and direct visitors.
