Field Service Representative — Autonomous Aircraft

What you'll do

• Deploy to customer sites and maintain aircraft readiness
• perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, RF/datalink, and firmware issues
• escalate unresolved issues to MRO and Engineering
• maintain logbooks and configuration records
• set up and redeploy sites
• manage on-site spares and aircraft-on-ground response
• communicate customer needs and field findings.
