Quality Technician

Job overview

The Quality Technician role is onsite in West Chester, OH. Starting pay is $22–$24 per hour. The technician supports quality assurance for electronic and electromechanical assemblies in the production department. The role prepares products and documentation for source, in-process and final inspections, verifies conformance and test completion, and records configuration and nonconformance information. This work helps ensure products and customer documentation meet specifications and contract requirements.

What you'll do

• Perform in-process and final product inspections
• interpret and document engineering changes on build documentation
• verify configuration accuracy and document as-built versus as-designed configurations
• verify specified tests and nonconformance records
• communicate nonconformances
• prepare customer-specific QA shipping documents
• review contract requirements
• schedule and present products for source inspection
• track products held in QA
• create and forward documentation
• maintain build records
• and document return data in databases.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of electronics industry experience; IPC-A-610 working knowledge is strongly preferred. Schedule is Monday–Thursday with rotating Fridays, one or two per month.
