Part-Time Care Manager

The Part-Time Care Manager role is part-time, onsite and field-based in El Segundo, CA, for approximately 15 to 25 hours per week. Pay is $28–$38 per hour. Staying HomeCare provides personalized private-duty home care to help clients remain safely and comfortably at home. The Care Manager serves as the primary care-quality contact for clients and families and directly supervises caregivers in the field. The role supports consistent, individualized care through assessments, care planning, family communication, caregiver coaching, documentation, and quality and compliance work.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-home client assessments and develop individualized care plans
• match clients with caregivers
• guide family onboarding
• serve as the primary contact for clients and families
• conduct check-ins and home visits
• respond to care concerns and changes in condition
• observe and coach caregivers
• update care plans and documentation
• coordinate with the Office Manager
• support quality reviews and incident reporting.
