Instructional Paraprofessional (Substitute)

What you'll do

• Assist students with technology-based learning, academic work, and small-group instruction
• support one-to-one academics, social skills, and character education
• assist with lesson assessments and assignments
• support accommodations and modifications in IEPs, 504 plans, or instructional support plans
• supervise students during transitions, lunch, breaks, and other assigned activities
• support PBIS and school behavior systems
• collect and document academic or behavioral data
• maintain confidentiality
• complete required training and paperwork.
