What you'll do

• Evaluate work-related injury reports and ensure timely reporting to the third-party administrator
• work with claims adjusters to provide incident details and support claim handling
• assist injured employees through the claims process
• coordinate possible work accommodations for employees with restrictions
• partner with HR on leave status
• monitor active claims and document reviews and tasks in the risk management information system
• provide guidance to managers when work-related injuries occur.
