What you'll do

• Analyze complex title opinions, leases, joint operating agreements, and land contracts to determine record title and contractual ownership
• identify and resolve complex curative issues
• serve as an escalation point for ownership disputes and suspense items
• create, maintain, and oversee revenue and joint interest billing decks
• mentor analysts and review their work
• correspond with royalty and working interest partners
• research and resolve legal suspense items
• ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• identify process or policy gaps
• recommend and implement workflow and digital land file improvements
• maintain digital land files
• prepare reports for leadership.
