The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Center for Autism is an onsite role based in East Lansing, MI. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the Hope Network Behavioral Health clinical team in delivering high-quality ABA services. This role exists to provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The BCBA develops individualized treatment programs, conducts clinical assessments, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to foster meaningful developmental outcomes for children and their families.
What you'll do
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs and behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct and interpret clinical assessments and functional behavior assessments.
- Use learner data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment programs.
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to Behavior Technicians.
- Train and support staff and families in ABA principles.
- Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate.
- Participate in parent, treatment team, and stakeholder meetings.
- Collaborate with the Associate Clinical Director, therapists, families, and other providers.
- Complete clinical documentation, data collection, treatment plans, and billing accurately and timely.
- Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, Michigan licensure requirements, HIPAA, and Hope Network policies.
