Facilities Engineer

What you'll do

• Provide engineering expertise for facility operations, maintenance, and real property management
• develop recommendations for optimization, cost reduction, efficiency, and performance
• prepare reports and presentations
• oversee contractor planning, maintenance, and property disposition activities
• evaluate contractor performance
• review deliverables
• support real property negotiations and regulatory compliance
• conduct inspections, analyses, and operational studies
• analyze data and support root-cause analysis
• identify risks and recommend corrective or preventive actions
• coordinate technical teams and stakeholders.
