Solution Architect

Job overview

The Solution Architect role is remote-first, open to candidates within commuting distance of Boston, MA; New York, NY; or Raleigh, NC. Compensation is $140,000–$170,000 per year. The role reports to the Head of Customer Solutions & Support and connects Akoya’s network with customers building on it. The architect guides customers from pre-sales through implementation, go-live, and ongoing support. By designing and validating integrations, resolving technical issues, and relaying customer needs to internal teams, the role supports successful adoption and improvement of Akoya’s network and tools.

What you'll do

• Serve as a technical resource through the sales cycle
• demonstrate products and build proofs of concept
• assess integration requirements
• own technical onboarding through go-live
• configure and troubleshoot OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and SSO integrations
• debug REST/JSON API issues
• maintain technical documentation
• handle escalated support and share customer feedback with Product and Engineering. Occasional travel to customer sites, conferences, or partner meetings may be needed.
