The Industrial Maintenance Technician role is onsite in West Point, NE, in a food manufacturing environment. The schedule is 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with one set day off each week and every other weekend. Pay is $24–$28 per hour depending on experience, plus a $1 second-shift differential and a $2,000 hire bonus. The role supports production and facility equipment at Grassland Dairy Products. The technician maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs production and facility equipment to support safe, efficient operations and minimize downtime. The work also helps maintain food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across production and maintenance activities.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• complete lubrication, painting, minor piping, valve, and pump repairs
• support changeovers, startups, shutdowns, installations, and commissioning
• document work orders in the CMMS
• follow food safety, GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and safety requirements.
