What you'll do

• Establish PMO vision, governance, processes, tools, and team
• build program management capacity
• implement portfolio reviews and decision frameworks
• establish milestones, stage gates, dashboards, and steering reviews
• manage schedule, budget, and resource allocation
• embed ISO 26262 and SOTIF functional safety reviews and compliance tracking
• identify and mitigate program risks
• lead design-in and production-ramp delivery
• align cross-functional stakeholders
• define KPIs and reporting
• drive continuous improvement in PMO processes and tools.
