What you'll do

• Provide coaching and education using motivational interviewing, self-management education, and relapse-prevention strategies
• conduct one-on-one counseling using evidence-based techniques
• assess patients and develop individualized plans of care incorporating nicotine replacement therapy
• help clients develop coping strategies
• attend and present at community education events as needed
• participate in ongoing training and education.
