What you'll do

• Provide guest service overnight
• perform nightly audit procedures and balance transactions
• close the business day in the hotel property-management system
• process check-ins and check-outs
• handle guest requests and concerns
• prepare financial and operational reports
• maintain front-desk security
• and communicate with morning staff and management.
