Transportation and Infrastructure Project Manager

The Transportation and Infrastructure Project Manager role is onsite in Woodridge or Chicago, IL, with compensation of $150,000–$175,000 per year. The position is part of V3 Companies’ growing transportation team, delivering engineering services for public agencies and municipalities. The project manager leads and supports transportation and public works projects from concept through final design, including Phase I and II engineering. The role combines technical delivery, quality review, staff development, client relationship management, and business development to help deliver infrastructure projects and pursue new work.

What you'll do

• Lead and support transportation and public works project development and design
• prepare concept, feasibility, and Phase I studies
• prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates to agency standards
• collaborate across transportation and other disciplines
• support staff development and mentoring
• perform quality assurance reviews of Phase I and II documents
• prepare proposals and attend interviews
• develop public-sector client relationships
• attend industry networking events
• manage client accounts, billing, collections, and satisfaction.
