What you'll do

• Oversee Salesforce data integrity and sales workflows
• analyze bottlenecks and identify process improvements

• maintain sales process documentation
• collaborate with sales, business development, operations, and other stakeholders
• support CRM accuracy, adoption, uptime, and process-improvement metrics.
