What you'll do

• Lead and coach overnight remodel crews
• Install and reconfigure steel pallet racking and shelving systems
• Remove and replace damaged fixtures and displays
• Install store fixtures and signage
• Read blueprints and layouts
• Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards
• Complete project reporting and communicate daily progress
• Perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating power equipment.
