What you'll do

• Carry out legal tasks assigned by attorneys
• draft, file, and serve subpoenas, HIPAA orders, and court filings
• coordinate depositions and prepare clients and providers
• communicate with clients about case progress and treatment updates
• maintain medical records, billing documents, summaries, lien resolutions, settlement statements, and case files
• conduct research and case tracking
• schedule legal calls, meetings, and deposition preparation
• maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation.
