Land Development Manager

The manager guides residential land opportunities from evaluation and acquisition through development and lot delivery. The role coordinates internal teams and outside partners, evaluates project feasibility and financial outcomes, and oversees budgets, schedules, and development work to support the division’s growth plans.

What you'll do

• Manage development of residential lots in new communities
• participate in due diligence, underwriting, and approvals for proposed land acquisitions
• oversee engineers, planners, contractors, city representatives, and joint venture partners
• assess land-purchase feasibility with land leadership
• review budgets and prepare project pro formas with the Land Financial Analyst
• maintain project projections quarterly
• oversee active projects from acquisition to lot delivery
• support land acquisition planning
• review and approve development invoices monthly.
