The Registered Veterinary Technician Supervisor role is onsite in Tustin, CA, with a full-time schedule on days or swing shift. Pay is $34–$45 per hour. The supervisor supports the Surgery, Emergency/Critical Care, and Internal Medicine departments at AVSG/VSSOC, part of Veritas Veterinary Partners’ specialty and emergency care network. This role leads and develops clinical team members while supporting daily hospital operations and patient care. By coordinating staffing, coaching technicians and assistants, and partnering with veterinarians and hospital leadership, the supervisor helps promote care quality, operational efficiency, and a positive hospital culture.

What you'll do

• Supervise and develop approximately 10–15 direct reports
• conduct check-ins, performance reviews, coaching, onboarding, and training
• assist with scheduling, shift coverage, timecards, and leave requests
• support workflow and operational efficiency
• participate in clinical care and complex case management as needed
• partner with veterinarians and specialists on patient outcomes
• uphold hospital policies, safety standards, and best practices.
