What you'll do

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy, clinical consultation, crisis management, psychological testing, and evaluation
• participate in developing, monitoring, and implementing behavioral management plans
• contribute to case staffing and quality improvement
• develop clinical service goals and objectives
• support staff education, supervision, and development
• assist with staff recruitment and selection as needed
• conduct quality assurance monitoring.
