Mechanical Assembly Technician — B Shift

The Mechanical Assembly Technician role is onsite in Henrietta, NY, with pay of $18–$20 per hour based on experience, plus a 10% B-shift differential. The schedule is 3:00 PM–1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. The role supports a manufacturing company through Nesco Resource. The technician performs precision assembly and inspection to ensure components are fitted, aligned, and finished to quality standards. Accurate assembly, measurement, and defect correction support production requirements and product quality.

What you'll do

• Assemble components and subassemblies from blueprints and work instructions
• clean, prepare, and inspect parts
• operate lamination presses
• tag parts and finished products
• perform quality inspections and correct defects
• modify or fabricate components when required
• measure dimensions and tolerances with precision tools
• communicate progress and issues
• maintain a clean, organized, safe workstation.
