What you'll do

• Develop business to expand the Technology practice
• generate M&A and capital advisory opportunities

• lead sell-side, buy-side, recapitalization, and capital-raising engagements
• oversee valuation, marketing materials, negotiations, due diligence, and execution
• coordinate deal teams
• mentor and recruit junior professionals
• help shape the practice’s strategy.
