Job overview

The Master Scheduler role is an onsite position based in Alsip, IL. Compensation is $80,000 - $90,000 per year. This role supports the Ingersoll Rand Pump (IRP) Business Unit. The role exists to establish, review, and maintain the master production schedule in alignment with the Sales, Inventory, and Operations (SIOP) consensus plan. The Master Scheduler will balance demand and supply while optimizing inventory and minimizing the impact of demand volatility in a complex CNC manufacturing environment.

What you'll do

  • Translate the Demand Plan to a detailed weekly master production schedule.
  • Incorporate inter-company demand and backlog into SIOP supply planning.
  • Monitor and resolve MRP processing errors.
  • Create and publish schedule adherence and inventory reports.
  • Design and implement a finite-capacity master scheduling process.
