What you'll do

• Direct daily store operations in the manager in charge's absence, supervise and train employees, manage breaks and shift changes, and complete shift summary reports and data entry. Coach sales associates
• provide customer service, maintain product knowledge, generate and lead sales, cashier, and keep the sales floor stocked and merchandised. Communicate with management and provide staff-development feedback.
