Property Maintenance Technician

Job overview

Property Maintenance Technician is an onsite role in Willis, TX, paying $15–$18 per hour. The technician supports Megan Properties Management by maintaining properties and helping keep sites in good physical condition. The role responds to service requests, performs routine repairs and inspections, prepares vacant units for occupancy, and communicates maintenance needs and potential issues to the Property Manager.

What you'll do

• Complete service requests promptly, prioritizing health and safety
• diagnose and perform minor and routine repairs
• document work
• inspect properties and units
• replace HVAC filters and check fire and safety equipment
• order supplies with the Property Manager
• prepare vacant units
• monitor contractors
• perform repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC if licensed, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
