The Warehouse & Transportation Associate role is onsite in Tyler, TX. Compensation is $14–$16 per hour. The associate processes textile bales and other salvage, maintains warehouse organization and records, and serves as a backup driver and primary distribution-truck driver. These duties support the thrift operation’s handling and movement of salvage materials.

What you'll do

• Operate the baler and meet daily bale goals
• weigh textile bales with another person
• operate pallet jacks and forklifts under the stated staffing conditions
• record bale and salvage quantities and weights
• keep the work area tidy and floors clear
• break down empty gaylords and move pallets
• help drive, load, and unload distribution materials
• coordinate warehouse organization with the Lead Distribution Driver
• assist with other assigned warehouse tasks.
