What you'll do

• Oversee daily performance and maintenance of endpoints, servers, networks, storage, VOIP, GIS, document imaging, printers, help desk, website and intranet
• implement security practices
• troubleshoot hardware and network issues
• maintain Windows systems
• provision accounts and assist with Active Directory
• support CIO project priorities
• research and deploy equipment and systems
• document help desk resolutions
• maintain technology inventory
• assist with disaster recovery testing and board meeting proceedings.
