What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of banking products and services and promote them to customers
• switch between teller and customer service duties as needed
• complete individual and business deposit and withdrawal transactions
• open and maintain checking, savings, and time deposit accounts
• provide professional service and referrals based on customer needs
• resolve customer questions and concerns.
