Compensation is $60,000 to $100,000 per year, and this role supports the agency's mission to provide compassionate in-home care for families across Greater Austin. This role exists to grow the agency's client base by building and managing a network of referral partners, including hospitals, senior living communities, and physicians' offices. The Community Liaison conducts in-home consultations, assesses client needs, and ensures new clients are onboarded effectively to receive high-quality care.
