The Cardiology Physician role is onsite in Odessa, TX, with a guaranteed base salary of $600,000 for general cardiology or $750,000 for interventional cardiology, plus applicable production incentives. The opportunity supports a collaborative West Texas cardiology program with an expanding cath lab and established referral demand. The physician provides general and/or interventional cardiology care, including diagnostic catheterizations, pacemakers, and STEMI care, within a practice supported by inpatient and outpatient advanced practice providers. The role contributes to meeting patient demand while supporting clinical growth; an academic appointment is optional.

What you'll do

• Provide general and/or interventional cardiology care
• perform procedural work that may include diagnostic catheterizations, pacemakers, and STEMI care
• participate in a flexible weekly structure of approximately three to four clinic days and two cath lab days
• take part in a 1:5 call rotation with one weekend per month
• collaborate with APPs and cardiologists
• optional clinic coverage at additional locations and optional academic appointment.
