The General Manager, New England Campuses role is onsite in Cambridge, MA, and leads CIC campuses in Cambridge, Boston, and Providence. Compensation is $225,000–$275,000. CIC builds and operates workspaces, laboratories, and event spaces where organizations come together to develop and advance innovation. The General Manager sets regional direction and develops the teams, relationships, programming, and commercial activity that support member success. The role connects campus operations with CIC’s Catalyst services while strengthening the innovation communities across the three campuses.

What you'll do

• Lead campus health, member experience, team performance, and financial results across Cambridge, Boston, and Providence
• develop campus leaders
• oversee occupancy, revenue, and operational targets
• build relationships with institutions, investors, companies, and community organizations
• drive programming and community engagement
• coordinate campus and Catalyst business development
• support sales, pricing, product evolution, and service design.
