Senior Sales Engineer

Job overview

The Senior Sales Engineer is an onsite role based in Atlanta, GA. The base salary is $110,000–$120,000 per year, and this role supports the commercial strategy of an industrial manufacturing group. This role exists to shape commercial strategy, drive growth, and influence product development. The engineer will build foundational customer relationships and manage long-cycle B2B sales for electrical equipment and industrial automation products.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage customer pipeline across the I-85 corridor to support multi-year growth plans.
• Build channel strategy by fostering contractor relationships and establishing partnerships with EPC/GC and hyperscaler clients.
• Lead AVL qualification work for hyperscale data center direct sales.
• Set pricing strategy and commercial terms in partnership with leadership.
• Provide technical expertise and credibility for a range of electrical products.
• Forecast bookings and deliver performance reporting.
