What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on conveyors, ovens, freezers, motors, belts, and pneumatic systems
• troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagrams and manuals
• replace defective parts
• maintain equipment and supply inventories
• document work in line with GMP, quality assurance, safe-practice, and SQF requirements
• maintain a safe and clean work area.
