What you'll do

• Build, coach, and develop management and hourly teams
• foster employee engagement and accountability
• maintain guest-first service and resolve guest concerns
• oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations, staffing, scheduling, training, cleanliness, and food safety
• partner with culinary leadership
• manage sales, profitability, controllable expenses, budgets, forecasts, and performance indicators
• identify revenue opportunities including private dining and events.
