Contact Center Specialist

What you'll do

• Respond to member inquiries through calls, secure messages, chats, and other channels
• make outbound follow-up calls
• process transfers, loan payments, and account maintenance
• research transaction histories
• support stop payments, ACH disputes, shared branching, debit cards, and ATM transactions
• assist with digital banking
• recommend products and services
• protect confidential information and follow applicable regulations.
