What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
• conduct unarmed interior and exterior patrols
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• verify credentials as directed
• maintain logs and incident documentation
• respond professionally to incidents and alarms
• communicate observations and maintenance issues to leadership and site representatives.
