What you'll do

• Coordinate proposal development from RFQ/RFP release through submission
• manage schedules and deliverables
• facilitate kickoffs and review cycles
• coordinate content with project managers, technical staff, business development leaders, and subconsultants
• write, edit, and proofread materials
• develop layouts and graphics
• conduct quality-control reviews
• assemble and submit proposals
• support interviews and presentations
• maintain proposal resources and content libraries.
