Part-Time Community Manager

What you'll do

• Manage daily property operations
• maintain Section 42 (LIHTC) compliance
• manage leasing, applications, resident files, occupancy, and leasing activity
• respond to resident questions and concerns
• coordinate maintenance requests and property needs
• conduct showings and process lease paperwork
• collect rent and handle delinquency matters
• maintain resident and property records
• oversee maintenance activity and on-site staff
• coordinate budgets, reports, deposits, and marketing efforts
• follow Fair Housing requirements.
