What you'll do

• Manage, train, and mentor culinary staff
• oversee kitchen scheduling, food preparation, production, and service
• develop menus and maintain quality and consistency
• control food and labor costs
• ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and employment requirements
• coordinate catered services and food service areas
• maintain kitchen records, inventories, and equipment readiness.
