Compliance Administrator II — 401(k), Profit Sharing & Money Purchase

Job overview

The Compliance Administrator II role may be performed remotely or from the company’s Chico, CA office, based on business needs and the approved work arrangement. Pay is $34–$38 per hour. Prime Pensions administers and provides actuarial services for qualified retirement plans. The role independently manages intermediate-to-advanced defined contribution plan administration, compliance testing, contribution calculations, and technical research. Its work helps ensure plans are administered accurately, in accordance with plan terms and applicable requirements, and within established deadlines.

What you'll do

• Administer 401(k), profit sharing, money purchase, and related defined contribution plans
• review plan documents and determine eligibility, compensation, service, HCE/key employee status, and vesting
• perform coverage, top-heavy, ADP/ACP, cross-testing, and related compliance work
• calculate contributions and allocations
• research and resolve plan administration questions
• maintain workflow records, meet deadlines and quality standards, and review work for accuracy
• assist with training and technical support as appropriate.
