What you'll do

• Maintain property condition and appearance
• diagnose and complete routine repairs
• coordinate service requests and make-ready work
• inspect grounds and common areas

• order parts and manage inventory
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• complete required inspections and permits
• perform after-hours emergency maintenance
• remain on call 24 hours.
