What you'll do

• Interpret physician orders
• assess resident needs
• administer respiratory care, mechanical ventilation, airway management, and oxygen and carbon dioxide monitoring
• provide respiratory therapy and resident education
• coordinate equipment and services
• communicate changes in resident condition
• support care planning and discharge planning
• maintain equipment records and preventive maintenance follow-up
• train personnel as needed.
