Assistant Wellness Salon Manager

What you'll do

• Work with the Store Manager to run the salon
• lead and coach Wellness Consultants and Salon Support staff
• help recruit, schedule, and develop employees
• provide customer service and resolve concerns
• maintain cleanliness, stock, and health-department standards
• grow sales and control labor and costs
• support promotions and growth
• handle cash, deposits, and customer card data securely.
