What you'll do

• Collect, sort, and deliver mail
• transport outgoing mail to the post office
• prepare domestic and international shipping documents
• pick up customer mail and complete campus mail runs
• operate copiers and printers
• manage copier and printer supplies
• meet quality deadlines
• maintain the copy center
• process interoffice mail
• track accountable items
• respond professionally to customer needs
• travel between campus sites as needed.
