What you'll do

• Provide customer service and technical assistance to end users
• maintain network servers, workstations, copiers, and printers
• provide basic training
• maintain user accounts and the telephone system
• support users by phone and remote tools
• travel to stores to install, repair, or upgrade equipment
• install, manage, and monitor security equipment
• keep security software current
• respond to help desk calls and tickets
• manage onboarding, offboarding, distribution lists, and security controls
• maintain the company website and intranet
• research technology options
• assist with IT projects and maintain a safe work environment.
