What you'll do

• Partner with marketing leadership to develop creative strategies
• lead brand expression and creative direction across campaigns and channels
• manage and develop the creative team
• direct campaign concepts, visual systems, content strategies, and creative assets
• oversee print, digital, social, email, web, video, motion, branch, and paid-media work
• guide creative from concept through launch
• establish and maintain brand standards, guidelines, templates, and reusable assets
• collaborate with internal stakeholders
• evaluate creative effectiveness
• manage agency and vendor relationships
• present concepts and recommendations
• coach team members and support hiring.
