This role exists to lead and supervise a team of educators while ensuring the effective operation of the site. The Site Director is responsible for maintaining licensing, safety, and educational standards while fostering positive relationships with families, school administrators, and the community to drive enrollment and program success.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences
• ensure site operates effectively while maintaining licensing, safety, and educational standards
• partner with parents to provide best care and education
• cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
• lead recruitment and enrollment efforts.
