What you'll do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• own financial statement preparation
• lead SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
• ensure US GAAP compliance
• manage SOX 404(a) internal controls
• oversee general ledger, revenue recognition, AP, AR, and payroll
• manage accounting staff
• oversee tax compliance and treasury functions.
